SOTEAL SL is in the forefront of manufacturing within the dietetic foods and flavors segments. It can also boast over 25 years of experience.
Its facilities are state of the art, designed and prepared to meet the most strict and demanding standards of food quality and food safety. It has implemented the global standard issue of the British Retail Consortium (BRC v6), which Soteal obtaining a grade A since 2009.
The strict and careful control of raw materials involves: traceability, segregation process by groups of allergens to avoid cross contamination, cleaning and disinfection of premises, control of manufacturing processes, packaging, and continuous training of human resources to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Soteal SL has a facility of more than 10,000 sq. ft., 500 of which is devoted exclusively to quality control and R & D work. Our technical staff includes chemists, nutritionists, and food technologists.
